Planner (demo)
Your inputs (circle name, first names, jobs, meeting spots, out-of-area contact and an optional phone number) are processed only inside your browser with JavaScript. They are not sent to us or to anyone else and are not stored by us. The PNG wallet card and the .json plan file are created locally on your device; an imported .json file is read locally and not uploaded.
Links you create: Personal and confirmation links contain the whole plan in scrambled form after the # sign of the address. Browsers do not send this part of the address to our web server. The scrambling is not encryption: anyone who receives the link could decode it, so only send it to people in your circle. The share link contains only the score, the number of people and the number of gaps, without names. The pass-it-on link contains only a short code derived from your first name (e.g. pass-1x2ab), no plan data. If you use the WhatsApp, SMS, share or X buttons, that service opens with a prefilled text; their own privacy policies apply there.
Waitlist form
If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, who is in your circle, your price indication and your optional note. We use this to inform you about the launch and to validate pricing (legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where applicable). The form is delivered to us by email through the service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which receives the data for this purpose. Data may be processed in third countries, in particular the USA. We also store the referral source (the ref or utm_source parameter of the link you used, e.g. "x-launch", "share", "circle" or "pass-…"), so we know which channel works.
Hosting and CDNs
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., San Francisco, USA). When you visit, Netlify processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time, requested page including the part of the address before the # sign, browser) in server logs (legitimate interest in secure operation, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google LLC) and the CSS framework Tailwind from cdn.tailwindcss.com. When this happens, your IP address is sent to these providers.
No cookies, no tracking
We set no cookies, use no local storage and no analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools.
Retention
We keep waitlist data until you withdraw your consent or the project is discontinued, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent at any time, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An email to alex@kapitalexperte.com is enough.
